As a 1-Star Material, Clump of Copper Scraps will mainly appear in Max's Area (1-10F).
Can be bought for 
2000 KC from Gyaku-Funsha, or from the daily Hernia lineup (if available) for 10000 / 
2 (for x5). Drops from Bronze Lost Bags.
