"Turns out the 5 in Dustin 5 means you can only transfer up to 5 Items. And here I was thinking there must be 4 other Dustins out there!"— Uncle Death

Dustin is a system in Let It Die which allows the player to send items from their Death Bag directly to the Rewards Box without having to return to the ground floor. This is especially useful after floor 41 & 50, since there is no direct elevator after these floors which the player can use to return to the ground floor.

There are 2 types of Dustin: Dustin TD & Dustin 5.

Dustin TD

Dustin TD allows an unlimited number of items to be transferred to the Rewards Box, free of charge. Dustin TD can only be found at floor 41.

Dustin 5

Dustin 5 allows 5 items to be transferred to the Rewards Box, which costs 1 Death Metal. After 5 (or less) items have been transferred, the player may use Dustin 5 again as many times s/he wishes, transferring 5 or less items each time as before, & will again be charged with 1 Death Metal for each use. Dustin 5 can be commonly found throughout the Tower of Barbs, and become more frequent in the upper floors.

Appearance

Both Dustin TD & Dustin 5 looks identical: they have a mostly green body with a grey lid. The lid contains 2 "eye" like structure. When the player comes near Dustin, its lid automatically opens up, revealing a pink disk that resembles its lips. Dustin also wears 2 white shoes.
