This mushroom is the medium one of the 3 Eggshrooms introduced into the Tower of Barbs for the Spring Egg Scramble event. They resemble a decorated Easter Egg in the Fabergè style and are easy to spot because of their round shapes and the silver color with purple and blue decorations. A seasonal quest involves collecting a number of them to earn a reward.
