Tales From The Barbs

Tales from The Barbs is an in-game collection of comic book pages that provide backstories for the four main bosses (known as The Four Dons) featured in Let It Die.

Uncle Death will send a gift for each Volume completed (1 Death Metal each).

Tales from the Barbs Vol 1

Volume 1 covers the tale of Max Sharp, the 1st main boss in the Tower of Barbs.

• Page 5: 7F - Yuki
  • Located in the huge circular room.
• Page 6: 9F - Yoshiki-Dani
  • Located in a huge vertical room with platforms and ramps.
  • It is near the top of the room, you will have to drop down from a higher platform in order to get it.

Tales from the Barbs Vol 2

Volume 2 covers the tale of Colonel Jackson, the 2nd main boss in the Tower of Barbs.

  • Located below a small trap floor, have to fall in it.
• Page 2: 14F - Yamadai
  • Located at the top tier of a room with tons of platforms.
• Page 3: 15F - Usogaya
  • Located on top of one of the trailers in the mud pit.
• Page 4: 17F - Kinutamin
  • Located in the broken building area.
• Page 5: 18F - Temo-Uma
  • Located behind some wooden crates in a green temple-ish area.
• Page 6: 19F - Chitose-Mei
  • Located in the platform room. It is hidden and you will need to drop down in order to get it. It is very near what looks like a Korean symbol/character.

Tales from the Barbs Volume 3 covers the backstory of Crowley, the 3rd major boss in the Tower of Barbs.

  • Located inside the maze near a fire in a dead end in a corner upon a stair
• Page 3: 25F - Kanie
  • Located in the long tunnel corridor full of land mines. It's by a wall between a bench and garbage bins.

• Page 5: 29F - Hashidaka
• Page 6: 30F - Saigetsu
  • Located in an alcove near the corridor to the boss fight entrance.
    

Tales from the Barbs Vol 4

Tales from the Barbs Volume 4 covers the backstory of Taro Gunkanyama, the 4th major boss in the Tower of Barbs.

• Page 1: 35F - Shina-Yama
  • Located in an outdoor area with the broken round water tower structure (water flowing out of it). It's on some scaffolding on the side of a building, accessible via jumping.
• Page 2: 36F - Itanodai
• Page 3: 37F - Hiromatsu
• Page 4: 38F - Ebata
• Page 5: 39F - Haratsuka
  • Located in the outdoor area with the huge tower with the spiraling staircase. It's at the base of the building with the radio tower on it, accessible via a narrow plank.

  • Located directly to the right of the first escalator room (the escalator from 39F - Nakasaki).
