On each level of the Tower of Barbs, there is a Stamp Machine in certain floors, as part of the Stamp Rally. Using the machine activates a small rhythm-based minigame, where you must hit up to 5 notes with the right timing. Completing this will grant the player a Stamp in the My Collection > Stamp Rally page of their Underworld Rolodex*. Defeating each of the four Dons will also grant a Stamp. Upon completing groups of stamps (e.g. stamps 1-5 or 6-10), Uncle Death will give the player a reward. Getting all the Stamps in floors 1-40 will reward the player with the Grim Reaper's Scythe (Silver), and getting all the Stamps with a PERFECT will reward the Grim Reaper's Scythe (Gold).

Completing Stamp Rally II in the 40F's will reward the X-Ray Glasses (Blue) with a STR bonus, while PERFECT rewards the X-Ray Glasses (Red) with a DEX bonus.

After defeating Taro Gunkanyama, the Stamp Mount Exchange in the Waiting Room may be used to reset groups of stamps within each faction area.

* Getting a MISS will not show a stamp visually, but still counts towards the completion of the Stamp Rally.

7F Yuki All 2 In the area with the 3 enemies and broken metro ticket machines.
8F Maminemachi (Thu) 4 In one of the cells in the jail area.
9F Nashiyoguchi All 5 At the side of the small hallway.
10F Omeno-soto All - Defeat Max Sharp.
11F Nokejiri All 1 In the super big rectangle shaped area with the turret panda in the middle. It's located in the corner behind the tree.

Or in the crossroads area across from the vending machine.

12F Ukongaoka All 1 In the center area where a hater spawns is the stamp machine.
13F Okusa (Sat, Tue) 3 Next to the stairs that are connected to the huge hole in the ground, there's another secret side area where the stamp machine is located.
14F Kami-Umai (Fri) 2 It's on the elevated platform in the area with the construction setup.
15F Usogaya All 3 It's at the bottom of the tall building at the center of the mud pit. Climb down and you can access it from the side.
16F Kaga All 3 In the small area with water and 2 Snails there's a little side room where the stamp machine is located.

Or in the broken floor part in the sewer pipe leading to the Tata Escalator.

17F Kinutamin All 4 In the city area behind the shack in the corner, or on a ledge leaning out from a window on the way up the stairs in the tall open building with Scratch Tubers.
18F Bo-Tsutsumi (Mon) 4 It's in the area with all the water. The stamp machine is standing next to 2 big metal pipes down in the water.
19F Hibiki All except Mon 5 In a dead-end trap room.
20F Hachiyanma All - Defeat Colonel Jackson.
21F Akami All 1 In the fire breathing dinosaur area next to one of the exits.
22F Kawabe All 1 In the part with the bridge area, tucked away into a corner in the water.

Or in the area with the carousel (merry-go-round) against the wall across from the carousel ticket booth.

Another locations is in the huge area with a swing ride in the center, the stamp machine will be underneath a broken tent on the side.

23F Sensu-Bashi (Wed, Fri) 2 It has 2 spawns in the maze area. It can also spawn in the corner of the long hall with the pillars on the side.
24F Agasu All 2 In the area with the hole in the ground and train tracks. It will be next to a vending machine.
25F Tsubaki (Mon) 3 It has 2 spawns in the maze area. The other spawn is in the hallway with pillars on the side and beasts everywhere.

It will be alongside the wall in a corner.

26F Yoshimi (Thu) 3 It spawns in the corner of the hallway with the pillars on the side and all the traps in it.

Or in the dead-end area next to a statue.

27F Daimon-Machi (Sat, Tue) 4 In the area with the bridge over the water, next to the stairs in the corner.
28F Hyakuda All 4 Hyakuda has 6 different spawn locations for stamps. 2 locations are in the maze, 2 are in egg shaped area with 2 floors.

A stamp machine can spawn on either side of the large stairs. Rarely, it is in the area with the hole in the ground and train tracks.

It will be next to a vending machine. Lastly, it can be in the part with the bridge area tucked away into a corner in the water.

29F Hashidaka All 5 Hidden inside a crate, just outside the area with all the screamers falling from the paintings. Or inside that same area in 1 of the corners.

Or in the fire breathing dinosaur area next to one of the exits.

30F Saigetsu All - Defeat Crowley.
31F Obara All 2 In the ramp area, it's in a small square side room next to it.
32F Katsuma All 1 In the area where 3 enemies crawl up the building to attack you, it's on the tallest building.
33F Midorisaka (Mon) 2 It's in the area with a ramp corridor on the bottom of the ramp up against the blue fence.

Or it's in the big area to the left of the stone building in a poison snail cloud.

34F Nitanda All 1 In Coen's arena.

Or left of the big Hamburger Sign.

35F Wakaba All 3 In the elevated fenced off area is the stamp machine.

It can also be in the area with the stone ramp where you'd usually find a red chest underneath. Next to the ramp in a corner is the stamp machine.

36F Yatsuo All 3 The stamp machine can spawn in 3 areas on this floor.

One place is underneath the metal stairs in the crossroads part.

The other 2 are paths that all lead to a dead end. Easy enough to find the stamp machine in those places as there's nothing else there.

37F Moguro (Wed, Fri, Sun) 3 In the huge crossroads area it's in the elevated fenced of area next to the tower. Or in the fenced area next to it.

It also has a rare spawn on the construction platform in the area where 3 enemies crawl up a building to attack you.

38F Jiyu-toge (Sat, Tue) 4 In the area where you jump over a fence to get to the next area, it is located underneath the stone ramp.

Or in the area with 2 vending machines side by side, it's underneath the metal stairs next to a silver chest.

39F Miketa (Thu) 5 It's in the trap room with a metal gate in the area with the water on the roof.

Or in the bigger part where the cranes are, it can be underneath the planks the the cranes are carrying, next to all the broken glass on the floor.

40F Futagi All - Defeat Taro Gunkanyama.

Battle to the Top (Floors 41-50)

Due to how the floors in the 40s are random, there are no specific Stamp Machine locations. However, the floors themselves are based on individual floors from below 40F in the Tower. This means that they use the same tilesets as the floors listed above, and the Stamp Machines will spawn in similar locations. Typically they will only spawn in one spot per tileset, though some may appear in more than one location.
