As a new player, this might seem like a nice comfort decal but it is never worth taking unless you plan to jump off of ledges, but there is not many spots to even make use of this in the game. This decal and it's 1 star version Shock Absorber are considered by many players to be a waste of a decal slot, it's very easy to avoid fall damage so just try your best not to fall off of ledges or have a heal ready if your still unsure.
